One company, Banner American Products, is now selling the Easy-Lam Green™ roll laminator.  The laminator was specifically engineered to provide energy savings for a variety of businesses and organizations seeking both economic and eco-friendly solutions to their energy use.

The Easy-Lam Green™ roll laminator is able to cut energy usage in two important ways.  It features a standby mode that brings the thermostat down from a laminating temperature of 300° F to 150° F while the machine is not being used, resulting in an energy savings of over 50%.  Getting the machine back to a laminating temperature of 300° F is accomplished within 7 minutes. Another feature is a one hour automatic shutoff of the machine resulting in further energy savings when the machine is not in use.

The Easy-Lam green™ roll laminator provides a surface lamination width of up to 27”.  Its quick 4.5’ per minute roll speed makes big jobs quick to finish. Other important features include a built-in LED readout, adjustable supply roll tension, attached safety shield, Teflon coated heat shoes, reverse roll capability and heavy-duty DC motor.
